Haja was born in Freetown. She attends school and is in class four.  Her father died from injuries he sustained when he fell from a palm tree.  Her mother died from an unknown illness.  Haja lives with her aunt, a poor petty trader, who struggles to provide for her.  Haja needs sponsorship to help provide for her physical, educational, and spiritual needs.
