Kadiatu was born in Mile 91. She attends school and is in class 4. Her mother died of breast cancer. Her father was returning to the village in a boat when a heavy storm caused the boat to capsize killing those on board.  She is now staying with her aunt, Mariatu, a married women who makes her living as a petty trader. Mariatu needs sponsorship to help provide for her physical, educational, and spiritual needs.
